Treatments
Treatments are provided by a fully qualified and insured professional therapist. Treatments can be provided in the comfort of your own home or at an evening and weekend clinic in Islington or Holborn. A deposit is required to secure massage bookings, for full details please see the bottom of this page. (Please note, many other massage companies ask for a full upfront payment, but we only ask for a deposit to secure your booking. We also do not provide any sexual services).
Due to popular demand from our customers and their commitments during their workings days, we specialise in providing evening and weekend treatments, however on rare occasions we are able to offer treatments outside of our operating hours, please contact us to discuss. Our operating hours are:
Monday - Friday: 5.30pm - 8pm
Saturday: 9.30am - 7pm
Sunday: 10am - 5pm (this day is usually reserved for customers requiring a home visit)
Home visits are available at the therapist's discretion, although a small extra charge may be added depending on the travelling distance.

Massage treatments with stretching and pressure points ("Point & Flex")
Helps to provide relief for muscle pain and aches. Good for those who regularly visit the gym or those who require a deeper massage to increase their flexibility. This dynamic massage works deep into the muscles to stretch and tone while gently working to increase your flexibility.

Seated Acupressure Massage
Stimulates pressure points along the back, shoulders, arms, neck and head. A sequence of movements are used to stimulate energy flow in the body. Good for those who spend hours a day working at a desk, or those who carry tension in their shoulders, neck or lower back. This massage works deep into the muscles to relieve areas of tension. Clothes do not need to be removed for this massage.

Lifestyle advice £20
An analysis of your daily routines and provision of advice on identifying ways to empower you to reduce stress, evaluate your nutritional habits and improve your general health. Session last for one hour and are provided by a qualified personal trainer or a qualified massage therapist depending on your needs.
This price includes a free written record summarising your personalised Lifestyle Advice Plan.
Deposits
A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits can be paid via PayPal, a secure and reputable payment system, and are fully refundable under the following conditions:
if you cancel your appointment providing 26 hours or more notice by email or by text (contact details are at the bottom of this page)
- if we are unable to provide you with a massage at your preferred date/time or provide you with a suitable alternative appointment
